About development, the game has been in development for about six years, the early version was an RTS game called Metal Frag. Which evolved into a Diablo-style game called Medal Wars, this being the demo released in 2009.
The game was made entirely by Paul Stephen-Davis, including the game engine, code, art, design, etc. And by an upcoming musician called Kevin Green, who used to remix popular game tunes as a hobby.

From the creator's perspective->
The development itself for me personally was pure hell, I've worked every Christmas day, sundays, seven days a week, for the last six years, basically due to lack of manpower and in hindsight my reluctance to give creative control over to other people.
But overall as an experience it's been worth every second, I liken it to having a child you have to nuture it and protect it until it can stand on it's own. I'm very proud of this game.
